Tours, retreats and in-person activities
What may you (not) expect from me?
I will do everything possible to make the retreat / tour / activity happen in an orderly way. This includes taking on the responsibility to take care of the related preparations and bookings.
I bring in my skills as a former travel agent, as a world citizen, as a traveler, writer, channeler, intuitive reader, energy healer and frequency holder, and my knowledge of Egypt.
I offer experiences and take you to places with special energies. You may expect of me to create a safe bedding and provide gentle guidance fitting the activity.
If you are looking for someone, who is capable of answering detailed questions about for instance history and architecture, I am not the right person to travel with. Dates, names and such simply don’t stick with me.
Also, do not expect me to organize or throw a party or to give recommendations about nightlife. It’s not my style of travel / work.
General conditions
1. Taking part in a tour or retreat and activities (including those offered during a tour / retreat) is voluntary and at own risk. The organizer cannot be held responsible for injury or damage related to the tour or retreat and its activities, nor for loss , theft or damage of personal belongings.
2. Your registration is final once your deposit (or payment) has been received by the organizer.
3. To take part in the tour / retreat / activity full payment has to be received by organizer by the due date.
4. Making a booking and / or payment for a tour / retreat / activity means accepting the general conditions.
5. If you arrive later than the arrival date, extra costs to join the tour may apply, and will need to be paid for immediately. There is no right to a refund for missed days / activities. In case of force majeure, apply with your travel or cancelation insurance for restitution.
6. In case you do not take part in any of the activities offered, there is no right to a refund or replacement activity.
7. When you decide (or have to) depart prematurely, additional fees may apply, and will need to be paid for immediately. There is no right to a refund for missed days / activities. In case of force majeure, apply with your travel or cancelation insurance for restitution.
8. If after booking a tour / retreat / activity you decide to withdraw from participating, the following applies:
- There is no right to a refund of paid sums.
- You can transfer your package to someone else, after having received approval about it from the organizer. An administrative fee may apply. The settlement of the sum already paid for by you, is to be arranged between the two of you.
- In case of force majeure, apply with your travel or cancelation insurance for a refund.9. A participant is him/herself responsible for taking out relevant insurances, such as travel, cancelation and health insurance.
10. Organizer has the right to cancel a tour / retreat / activity in case of valid reason, such as force majeure or illness of the tour leader. In such a situation participants are entitled to a refund with deduction of non-refundable costs made by the organizer. There will be no compensation for costs made by the participant, such as – but not limited to – flights and visas.
11. Organizer has the right to adapt itineraries or change dates, when due to illness or other force majeure circumstances she cannot properly fulfill the duties involved in the tour / retreat / activity.
12. All tours, retreats and activities are provided for personal development and leisure. They do not replace medical treatment, therapy or medication.
13. Participant is upon registration asked to provide information about physical and non-physical medical situations, about psychiatric, psychological and therapeutic treatment as well as about medication (including anti depressants).
14. Participant is asked to take physical issues seriously and not to force anything to take part in activities.
15. If physical or non-physical issues prevent participant from taking part in an activity, discuss it beforehand with the organizer. The organizer may be able to adapt the activity or suggest an alternative.
16. Organizer will take care of the proper organization of the tour / retreat / activity and will do everything within her power and within reason to make it happen orderly.
17. During a tour / retreat / activity participant is requested to act with respect towards people, animals and the environment, and to take into consideration the country’s cultural and religious values.
18. Costs related to damage of accommodation or goods belonging to others, as well as costs related to injury caused, are to be paid for by the perpetrator.
19. Organizer has the right to exclude a participant from the tour / retreat / activity for inappropriate behavior, not following instructions or violating rules. This does not give right to a refund.
20. Making videos, images and / or sound recordings, during a tour / retreat / activity is only allowed after prior permission of the organizer and participants.
21. It is not allowed to share videos, images and / or sound recordings of a tour / retreat / activity on social media, online platforms or offline media without prior permission of organizer and the involved participants.

You may expect of me to create a safe bedding and provide gentle guidance, fitting the activity offered. I am not the one solving your problems or healing you.
If you are looking for someone, who is capable of answering all your questions, I am not the right person.
