Clearly do I remember the resistance I felt about a women-only festival when I first heard about it. It triggered feelings of injustice, unfairness and discrimination. Despite, and maybe even because of these feeling, I followed up on the inner call to reach out and apply for a place at the healing and wellness section for last year’s festival. After all, personal experience is the best way to find out.
The 2025 festival was an eye-opener, a feast for my soul and a true blessing for the feminine energy. I happily admit that Lorelei proved all of the initial feelings to be wrong. So, when registration for this year’s festival opened up, I may have been among the first ones to reach out and apply for a spot, which I was again granted.

Don’t get me wrong, I value the masculine energy just as much as the feminine. Both energies are needed. It is all about balance.
That said, the feminine energy has long been suppressed. It was put in a corner and even erased from history. To rebalance the energy of the collective field, it is now of the utmost importance to bring the feminine energy to a higher level.
Embodying the feminine energy is not limited to women. Each of us carries within both the masculine and the feminine energies, and these need to be balanced.
I hear you, you may wonder why a women-only festival is so important. I cannot speak for all festivals, so I will limit it to my own experiences with Lorelei. The team of women organizing the Lorelei festival put a lot of time, effort and energy to creating a safe energetic bedding. They do an amazing job. I am not saying this lightly. They create the energetic foundation and walls of the festival, inviting all of the volunteers and contributors to co-create a strong and safe energetic field. A field in which the participants feel safe and carried. In which they can heal their wounds. Wounds that for many women are linked to the mis-use of the masculine energy. A safe feminine bedding allows them to heal and release what no longer serves them, and to embrace the beauty and strength of their femineity.

Arriving at the festival site on Tuesday, it was a happy reunion with many of the beautiful women, who were there last year too. Instantly, the energy field felt united, strong, loving and supportive. As much as I enjoyed the energy and experiences of last year’s festival, I right away felt that this year was going to be next level good.
And it was. A sense of deep connection and openness was tangible from the start. It only became stronger with each passing day. Women of all walks of life proved to be ready for this year’s theme: Embrace Your Magic.
I look back at an amazing experience. A week with beautiful women, sisterhood, mutual support and appreciation. Each of us contributed a unique piece to the Lorelei puzzle.

I feel gratitude for the organizational team, for all the volunteers and co-creators, for all the visitors of Lorelei 2026 and for all the magical moments I was allowed to experience. The reconnection with beautiful soul sisters. Assisting the healing processes of the women who joined me for group and individual sessions. The sound of the drums becoming louder when I was assisting someone in releasing the blockages that had long kept her silent. The magical mist coming from the ceremonial tent at 5am one morning.
And, last but certainly not least, this year’s words of a young woman, who joined me for a session last year: “Over the past few weeks, I have asked myself if I had to come see you again for a session. But, all year long, whenever I needed it, I thought back of last year’s experience, and every time I managed to come back to myself.”
That one session was all she needed. She is now capable of reconnecting to her core self without external help. Listening to her words, looking at her confident radiating face, I felt so happy.
Magic is always available. For everyone. All we have to do is embrace it.

And the masculine energy?
It made itself heard.
Loud and clear.
As if it was screaming: don’t forget about me.
It only has to realize that it will never be left behind.
That there is no need to try to drown the feminine energy.
Both are equally important.
When healing takes place, they can stand side by side.
United, loving, mutually supportive.
Stronger than ever.
Within each of us.
And within the collective field.
